Currently, I live in a house which is one block away from UE campus with 5 other college students on Runnymeade Avenue off of Walnut St. I am looking for a person to sublet my spot from January until May 15 (which is when the lease on the house ends for us).

I live in one of the bigger rooms upstairs and share it with another housemate (still plenty of room and we both have queen sized beds) or there is the option of turning one of the rooms in the basement into a bedroom, optional. Because of this, another guy taking my spot is preferable in this case.

There are two kitchens, one downstairs and one upstairs. We mainly use the downstairs kitchen and use the upstairs kitchen for extra storage etc. There are two bathrooms (downstairs, upstairs) as well. A big living room to hang out in as well.

Myself and the other housemates are looking for someone that is dependable and respectful to the other housemates. Please pay the rent on time, be respectful to the others living in the house, and everything should be fine. The house is party-friendly on the weekends and some weeknights too. With that being said, a college-aged person is preferred for this sublet position.

Rent: $275
Cable/high speed wifi internet: $17.50
Water: Estimated around $15 a month
Electric: Estimated under $40 a month
Total: $350-$370 a month depending on the water/electric bills.
